Its been too long since an update. We are currently in the process of a huge PBM overhall. We are in the process of putting material togther for our new EP which will ultimately be a part of our third album. We are going to select five songs to release and record before the release of the actual record. We are also in the process of having our website redone, so please do not hold Steve or Dave responsible for anything offensive you may or may not see on here. We are updating some shows as well so please stay posted for those.

Looking Ahead
First of all, a big thanks to everyone who came out to The Magic Bag last Friday. Another bog thanks to Jamie McCarthy and Effigy for both putting on great shows! We are looking forward to working with both bands again very soon. Looking ahead to the Summer and Fall months and recording is coming up more and more. We are about 75% there with enough to new material to start album number three. "California" and "Preety Sexy Guy" have already been circulating at live shows as well as a few other new songs. We are also looking forward to our show coming up at Hard Rock Detroit July 16th. We will have more details ASAP.
If you happened to see the new PBM shirts this weekend, let us know what you think. Buy one if you like it, and if you don't talk to Dave J because he's the one that designed them. He takes full responsibility for any merchandise and future web designs you may or may not like.
Until next time....

Reunion Show
What a great time last night. It was 18 months in the making and we didn't miss a beat. We had the privelage of playing for a sell out crowd at The Magic Bag! Special thanks To Jamie McCarthy and Odayin for helping us put on an awesome show! Thanks to all of the fans, friends and family who came out to welcome us back. It was our pleasure.
Everything Old is New Again
For the last 18 months I found myself asking myself why everything seemed to end like it did. It seemed like everything just stopped. The touring. The practices. The old adage of "you don't know what you have until it's gone," rings loudest when you are in that situation. It was only five or so months ago that the answers began showing themselves. Why did things end so quickly and with no resolution? Because they weren't supposed to. PBM is not just a band, it is my family. If I ever had brothers, I would want them to be the guys who I tour with. I would want them to be the guys who I have watched grow musically and accomplish things that we could only have dreamed of. I remember the 'One Sip At A Time' CD release party in April of 06'. I remember looking at the sold out Royal Oak Music Theatre with a lump in my throat and knowing, "We had done it."
So here I sit. 18 months ago I would never have imagined we'd be doing this again. And make no mistake, even though it is dubbed "Reunion Show," it is a rebirth. Some things will be different, but most will stay the same. We have the privelage of playing at The Magic Bag which in my opinion is the BEST RUN VENUE in Detroit. If you have never checked it out, please do. It was my first choice to host the reunion show and I would like to thank Jeremy for giving us the opportunity of playing there. Im excited that Mike Thomas is driving all the way from Albany, NY to play the show with us. This just shows how important the band has been.
We have reformed with THE BEST LINEUP THE BAND EVER HAD. It is the same bunch that recorded 'One Sip,' which was the turning point for the band once it was released. I'd like to welcome back Dave Jakubowski a friend who I am not only happy to have back in the band, but back into my life. I want to thank Dave Krogh for sticking with me through the good and bad. And of course Tom and Miah who have been my keepers for the last 8 years. We will also be unvieling a new horn: Matt Marion on the Alto Sax. Matt comes from the awesome ska band Dealey Plaza who we had the privelage to play with at the CD release party. And of course the enigma known as Stevie Z.
But as we've said before, we would be nothing without everyone who comes to see us. I look forward to seeing each and everyone of you this Friday. I look forward to seeing people like Johnny and Holly and Emily who come to the shows no matter what and have showed unequaled support for years. You guys are the reason we do this, and we can't wait to perform for you again.
Let the show begin,
Nate
